Shipping

Shipping only to the UK at the moment. Shipping to France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain is on hold until further notice. 

Free shipping on all orders in the UK via Royal Mail. See details below:

* Note: Due to Covid-related delays, please allow orders an extra 2-3 days to arrive*

  • 2-5 working days for parcel delivery.
  • Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel twice. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon later that same day
  • If both deliveries are unsuccessful, the parcel will be automatically left with a neighbour
  • Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-5 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer.
  • Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.
  • You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
  • You will receive email notifications and updates regarding the status of your order.

*Please note that in the event of adverse weather, deliveries may be affected and we cannot guarantee all delivery times. Please be assured that Royal Mail will work as hard as they can to deliver parcels as normal, and will get your parcel to you as soon as they are able to. Please be aware that in some instances your parcel may be delayed due to adverse weather on the route from our warehouse, even if your local area itself is not affected. There may also be delays during public holiday periods.

- For orders over £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £8.99

Shipping to Germany:

- For orders under £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £4.99

- For orders over £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £6.99

Shipping to Italy:

- For orders under £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £7.99

- For orders over £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £9.99

Shipping to Poland:

- For orders under £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £5.99

- For orders over £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £7.99

Shipping to Spain:

- For orders under £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £7.99

- For orders over £35: Standard EU Shipping through DPD: £9.99

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all its in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@carboncopyperfumes.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalised items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
