FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do our perfumes compare with equivalent designer ones? We have spent 9 months developing many of these fragrances to ensure they are strong, complex and normally longer lasting than designer fragrances.

  • My fragrance doesn't smell quite right? We produce our product in small batches or to order. Like all luxury fragrances (and luxury wine!), they often need time to macerate or mature. If your fragrance smells of alcohol, store it for a week and it's true glory should reveal itself!

  • What is the best way to use the fragrance? Spray onto wrist, neck or wherever you like. The perfumes can be quite strong so start with a few spritzes but of course don't be afraid to be generous! If you have sensitive skin, test on a small patch such as your elbow first. Always avoid spraying into eyes and mouth. If you prefer to spray onto clothing, test on a towel first as the darker perfumes might leave a stain due to the high concentration of oils we use.
  • Can you ship internationally? We can! Due to being a new company however, we aren't sure where some of our fans will be yet. Please check our shipping page for more info on pan-EU shipping or fill in a 'Contact Us' form to request a new location and we will see if it's possible for us.

  • Can I order in bulk or enter into a partnership? We are always open to discussions such as these. Fill in a 'Contact Us' form and we can chat.

  • How ethical are Carbon Copy Perfumes? This is at the forefront of all the work we do. All our fragrances are vegan- we ensure no animal testing is done and carefully choose suppliers to these same standards. We use recycled packaging and materials and source almost everything from Europe to reduce our carbon footprint.
  • How sustainable are Carbon Copy Perfumes? We source almost everything from Europe to reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can. Packaging materials are either recycled or made of recycled material where possible. We highly encourage you to recycle the packaging too!
  • Is everything mass produced? No, we are very much a perfume startup. Part of our dream is to preserve perfumes and their quality, because of this, we are a small team and make everything in small batches to help with quality assurance.
